Purchases are handled entirely by Apple, so we never see your payment details and cannot issue a refund ourselves — refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com.
If you were charged and the Stardust did not arrive, it is very likely already fixed: the game re-checks unfinished purchases with the App Store every time it launches, and credits anything it finds. Close the app fully and reopen it. If the balance is still wrong after that, write to us with the date of the purchase and we will sort it out.
Progress — zones cleared, stars, glowbugs, everything you own — is stored on your device in this version. It survives updates, and it is included in an encrypted iPhone backup, so restoring a backup to a new phone brings it with you.
What it does not do yet is follow your Apple ID from one device to another on its own. That is coming. Until it does: if you are moving phones, restore from a backup rather than starting fresh, and anything you have bought can always be restored from the App Store on the new device.
Deleting the app deletes your progress with it, and that cannot be undone from our side — we hold no copy of it, because we never had one.
The game respects your system language automatically and has no language menu to hunt through. If you find something unreadable, unreachable one-handed, or uncomfortable to look at, that is a bug worth an email — those reports are the ones that change the game fastest.
Useful things to include, if you have them: your iPhone model, the iOS version, the app version from the title screen, and what you were doing. A course is the same for everyone who flies it, so "zone 14, level 3" is often enough for us to reproduce it exactly.
The privacy policy is short and written to be read. If it does not answer your question, the mailbox above will.
